"Sort by" dropdown is not working

Assumptions:

• A Minium/Speedwell site

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to Minium/Speedwell Catalog page
• Click on "Sort By" button

Expected Behavior:

 A dropdown with the sorting options should open.

Actual Behavior:

 After clicking on "Sort By" button no dropdown appears.
