Data set display filters layout is not consistent with the one we developed for commerce

      Description

      During the dataset migration to master, a few changes had been done to the commerce component: one of the changes which didn't get ported was the new filters layout.

      Now the component is inconsistent across 7.1, 7.2 and master and it should get fixed
