After a tax category is assigned to Shipping Tax Category and the channel is saved, Shipping Tax Category field disappear

Assumptions:

• A channel
• A tax category

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to Applications Menu -> CP -> Commerce -> Channels
• Enter a channel details
• In Prices, assign a tax category to Shipping Tax Category
• Save

Expected Behavior:

 Shipping Tax Category field is visible.

Actual Behavior:

 Shipping Tax Category field disappears.
