Background

Since we plan to remove Commerce Accounts during the 7.4 timeframe and migrate to DXP Accounts, we should mark Commerce Accounts as deprecated in Andromeda so it is released as deprecated for at least one major/minor version before being removed.

Definition of Done

1. Follow the Liferay deprecation guidelines so Commerce Accounts is marked as deprecated within the product.

   3. Addresses, Countries, Regions

What We're Not Doing

1. Announcing the deprecation in the release notes for 7.3, as to not frighten customers since we do not have a direct replacement at the moment.
