We know with customization we can achieve this but to have it documented I am writing the requirements.
- All logged-in consumers should be able to add reviews and ratings for each product irrespective of the consumer has purchased the item from the store or not.
- Guest users should have the capability to see reviews and ratings.
- Email trigger capability once the product is delivered to the consumer.
- Rating average and total Review count would be available in the product detail page and product listing page
- Admin has the capability to enable/disable the reviews and ratings at the product level.
- On the Reviews and Ratings page below features are expected
- User should allow writing comments for product
- User should allow to rate the product
- Users or admin should allow replying to the specific comment.
- Users or admin should allow deleting / editing on the specific comment.
- Comment should have like/dislike (helpful or not) capability
- Comment should have Flag capability
- % wise distribution of ratings
- Should have sorting capability including top reviews, latest review, most helpful
- As an extension point, the Review and Rating page should have the capability to get rendered using ADT.
- Filter needs to be available for users to filter out the products based on Ratings.
