Create Product1 with 2 options (one option should have Field type: Select from List, another option should have: Single Selection) and add 2 values to each option.

OPTIONAL: Make options SKU contributors,

OPTIONAL: create product SKUs for coresponding options

OPTIONAL: make sure SKUs have prices

Go to catalog in front store and locate Product 1

Click Product 1

Click drop down menu or radio button:
