Delete Shipment Item modal doesn't work

Assumption

• Minium Site.
• 1 Pending Order.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go into Commerce → Orders → Open your pending order.
• Click on "Accept Order".
• Click on "Create a Shipment".
• Add the item and the Warehouse quantity.
• Click on "Finish Processing".
• Click on the "Delete" button.
• Try to click on "Submit" button for the restored items.

Expected Result

 After you click on the "Submit" button the modal closes and the restock is done.

Actual Result

 The green alert appears if you click on "Submit", but you can't close this modal the only way it's to use the back arrow on the browser (no log or console errors).

Notes

• You can reproduce the same problem if you go Commerce → Shipments and try to delete one
