Order workflow assignment dropdown not working

    Description

      Assumptions

      1. At least one channel, account, catalog and products
      2. At least one order in the Pending status
      3. The channel that the order is in has the Seller Order Acceptance Workflow enabled
      4. The Seller Order Acceptance Workflow status is Pending
      5. Logged in as an omni admin

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. View the order in Commerce → Orders
      2. Click on the "Assigned to: Nobody" dropdown

      Expected Result

       Dropdown opens and you can select an assignment

      Actual Result

       Dropdown does not open and no error is thrown
