When creating a second Minium site, the base price lists are created without a catalog name

• Create a minium site
• Check that base price list and base promotion are correctly created
• Create a second minium site

Expected Result: the new site has its base price list and base promotion created correctly

Actual Result: the price lists have no catalog name and when trying to delete the base price list the following error appears in console
