1. Create a fake product spec sheet that will get attached to products as a product attachment for performance testing purposes
2. It doesn't need to be "designed" in any way, because the content of the PDF doesn't matter. No one (customers, internal sales reps) will see this PDF. It will only be used for performance testing purposes
