The "Create New Option Value" modal doesn't close after a new option value is successfully created

Assumptions

1. At least one Option Template
2. Logged in as an omni admin

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit an Option Template (Commerce → Options → [Option Template])
2. Click the button to create a new option value
3. Enter the required info
4. Click "Save"

Expected Result

Assuming the required form fields are filled out with valid data, the option value is created and the modal closes by itself

Actual Result

The option value is created but the modal does not close by itself. The loading indicator is shown forever

Workaround

• Refresh the page
• Click outside the modal
