Can not access an existing channel in Commerce

      Description
      After saving a new channel, it is not possible to access it

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Global Menu > Commerce > Channels
      2. Add a new channel and save
      3. Search for it

      Expected Result
      The new channel should be shown

      Actual Result
      There is only a loading icon and a blank page ( ActualResult_Feb19_COMMERCE-5752.mp4 )
