In Account Management Addresses page, Address type is always shown as "Billing and Shipping"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a site using Minium
2. Navigate to Minium Account Management page
3. Create a new account(e.g. Commerce Account)
4. Navigate to the Addresses tab
5. Add a new Address(compile all the fields: type= Billing)

Expected Behavior:

 The address type is Billing.

Actual Behavior:

The address type is always Billing and Shipping.
