Cannot scroll the modal to be able to read the entire Term Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as admin user
2. Create a Minium
3. Create one or more Delivery/Payment Terms linked to a Shipping Option/Payment Method
4. Add a long description to the terms
5. Create a business account
6. Navigate to Minium -> Catalog
7. Add a new order
8. Proceed to checkout

Case 1:

1. During the Delivery/Payment Terms step, click on More Info

Case 2:

1. On the checkout Order Summary step, click on the selected Delivery/Payment Term

Expected Behavior:

 It's possible to scroll the description to be able to fully read it if the description is longer than the space permits.

Actual Behavior:

** It's not possible to scroll the description and the user is not able to fully read it.
