Eclipse is reporting the following errors in /liferay-faces-portal/src/main/resources/META-INF/resources/liferay-ui/input-editor.jsp

1) Can not find the tag library descriptor for "http://liferay.com/tld/ui"

2) Unknown tag (liferay-ui:input-editor)

The would be to add the groupId=com.liferay.portal artifactId=util-taglib dependency to the project.
