portal:captcha showcase example reverts to previous captcha image when submitted twice with Liferay Portal 6.2

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start Liferay Portal 6.2
      2. Deploy the showcase (and the test-setup-hook).
      3. Navigate to the portal:captcha "General" example.
      4. Observe the captcha image
      5. Submit the valid value for the captcha.
      6. Press the captcha refresh button and observe the second image.
      7. Submit the valid value for the new captcha image.

      Expected Results

      The captcha will show an image that is different than the original captcha image from step #3.

      Actual Results

      The captcha will show the original captcha image from step #3.
