Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy the showcase-portlet on WebLogic 12.1.2.0

2. Visit the Immediate Usage for portal:inputRichText

3. Enter in a value and click on the Submit button

If the bug is fixed, then the FacesMessage "The valueChangeListener method was called during the APPLY_REQUEST_VALUES phase of the JSF lifecycle" should be displayed. In addition, the model value will be populated correctly.

Otherwise, if the bug still exists then the FacesMessage will not be displayed, and the model value will not be populated.
