alloy:inputFile doesn't upload files in showcase webapp

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the [webapp alloy:inputFile example](http://localhost:8181/showcase-webapp-2.0.0-SNAPSHOT/views/component.faces?componentPrefix=alloy&componentName=inputfile&componentUseCase=general).
      2. Click the Browse... button.
      3. Select a file and click Open.
      4. Click the Submit button.

      If the bug still exists, the file will not appear in the Model Value section and no errors will appear in the server logs.

      *Note:* This issue only exists when using JSF 2.1 in webapp. If you use JSF 2.2, the component works correctly.{markdown}
