alloy:inputFile fails for progress and validation use cases with JSF 2.1 and 2.2

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy alloy-showcase-webapp.war to Tomcat

      2. Attempt to upload several files using the progress and validation use cases

      With JSF 2.2, Chrome reports a "malformed xml" error. With JSF 2.1, not all files are uploaded.
