Description

Steps to Reproduce:

Deploy alloy-showcase-webapp.war to Tomcat and visit the General use-case for alloy:inputFile
If the bug still exists, then the top and bottom edges of the "Choose File" button will be cropped (as shown in the attached screenshot)
