Description

Steps to Reproduce:

Deploy alloy-showcase-webapp.war to Tomcat and visit the Progress use-case for alloy:inputFile
If the bug still exists, then the "Choose Files" and "Upload Files" buttons will be misaligned (as shown in the attached screenshot)
