Remove the JSP overrides from the test-setup-hook

    Details

      Description

This task involves removing the following files from the test-setup-hook:

      test/test-setup-hook/src/main/webapp/META-INF/custom-jsp/html/portlet/login/login.jsp
      test/test-setup-hook/src/main/webapp/html/portlet/login/init.jsp
      test/test-setup-hook/src/main/webapp/html/portlet/login/navigation.jsp

The reason why they were initially added was because the JSR 329 TCK's Selenium test needed to be able to click on a Sign-In button with a name attribute. The JSP's overrode the default out-of-the-box ones from the portal and supplied the required attribute for the button. But we recently learned that the login mechanism can use a CSS selector instead, which makes the JSPs unnecessary.
