Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a JSF portlet with friendly URL support (attached a sample portlet to test in Liferay 7.0).
2. Check the generated URL link

Expected behavior: URL has the friendly URL format.
Actual behavior: URL doesn't have the configured friendly URL format.
