Remove the integration test for the jsf-jsp-applicant-portlet demo

The jsf-jsp-applicant-portlet integration test was developed with f:ajax style usage in mind. Since that feature is not available in JSP, the test will be rewritten via FACES-2640 for the non-Ajax use-case.

For now, the existing integration test should be removed.
