Liferay Faces contains many factories in its API, and it isn't always clear (to the implementer or the caller) whether an object returned from those factories is thread-safe, stateless, singleton, `ThreadLocal` etc. This task involves clarifying those aspects of objects returned by API factories in the JavaDoc. This task also involves explaining whether an object is expected to be used only within a thread.{markdown}
