As a first-time Liferay IDE user, I would like to be prompted for SDK/Server location on first startup of IDE

      Description

      If you install the ADT plugin and restart you are immediately prompted with a message saying that the Android SDK is not configured and a wizard for configuring it is launched. A similar feature for LDE would be good.
