There is no response when click "New Liferay Portlet"

• Open Eclipse with latest Liferay IDE installed.
• Create a liferay portlet project, Plugins SDK and Portal Runtime use 6.0 version.
• Create another liferay portlet project, Plugins SDK and Portal Runtime use 6.1 or 6.2 version.
• Right click the project which uses 6.0 version created >Properties >Targeted Runtimes >unselect 'Liferay v6.0 CE(Tomcat 6)' >OK.
• Make sure no projects is selected.
• Try to go to 'New Liferay Portlet', no response.
