Could not modify web.xml in new liferay maven project

      Description

      In order to properly support this, we need to be able to restore the original web.xml files from the archetypes that get overwritten by the create project process. When the JSF facet installer installs into the project, it will modify the web.xml and remove important values. For SDK projects we simply re-copy the web.xml out of the project template folder into the user's new project. But for maven we need to do the equivalent thing if possible.
