steps to reproduce:
right click -> New -> Liferay JSF Portlet
- Name: "parts"
- Display Name: Parts Portlet
- Title: Parts Portlet
- change the folder name from /xhtml/parts to /parts
get this error:
"JSP folder cannot match portlet name"
The letters "JSP" should not be in that error message.
- so change the folder to /views/parts
folder name should default to: /views/parts
file name should default to: view.xhtml
This would make the portlet much closer to matching the new Liferay Plugins Project wizard's generated portlet.
default folder name was: /xhtml/parts
default file name: portletViewMode.xhtml
