IDE copy the .xml files from previous deleted project to new create same name project

      Description

      Reproduce steps:

      1.setup sdk and server .create a portlet project names "test"
      2.create new portlet for the project
      3.delete the project choose "Delet project contents on disk(cannot be undone)"
      4.create a portlet project names "test" again(dont create new portlet)
      5.open liferay-display.xml liferay-portlet.xml

      it is the same with previous "test-portlet" project .
      the same problems always happens with hook
