In liferay-hook.xml <portal-properties>doesn't have a right content assit and validation, <language-properties> doesn't have a right validation

<portal-properties>and<language-properties> don't have a right validation, add the content "language.properties" and create a file named "language.properties.properties", the validation doesn't work correctly.
and the content assist of <portal-properties> doesn't filter out the other files except for *.properties
