The jsp tag "param" has incorrect validation

    Description

      The <portlet:param /> and <liferay-portlet:param /> will show the wrong message for "value".

      1,add the <portlet:param name="jspPath" value="/html/add.jsp" />

      and the value will be show the wrong message.
