Reproduce steps

1 create a maven project
2 create new portlet names "NewPortlet" by default
3 delete the project (choose "Delete project contents on disk(cannot be undone)")
4 create a maven project the same name as step 1
5 open liferay-portlet.xml

there is the new created portlet element "NewPortlet"
