1 File > Launch workspace > New workspace...
2 In "Workspace Launcher" dialog, enter a new workspace name > OK
3 After a few seconds, a new "Workspace Launcher" dialog popped, and let user enter new workspace name

Should no step 3 and just launch new workspace
