      Description

      If you have plugin-a that produces services and then plugin-b that you want to consume, create a simple declarative UI in the IDE that will let developers say "plugin-b wants to consume plugin-a's services" and in the background the compile time dependencies and the deployment dependencies would be handled automatically.
