      Description

      Liferay core developers many times will launch liferay portal as a java application (tomcat bootstrap.jar) so that they will be able to reload portal classes using hotswap in their debug sessions like normal. If there could be a way to automatically create these launch configurations based on existing information stored in a IRuntime it would be more productive.
