      Description

1.create liferay workspace then go to gradle.properties file
      2.change "liferay.workspace.modules.dir = modules" to another name (such as: liferay.workspace.modules.dir=aaa )
      3.new module project

Now IDE doesn't create modules dir folder automatically when there is no folder.

      Situation 2:
      1. create a new folder modules1 and change settings in gradle.properties
      2. create a module
see the default dir is modules1 now
      3. finish creating the module
notice modules1 also recognized as a gradle module, it should be a foder

According to dev, stiuation 2 is expected because of Gradle.
