support protogenetic auto deploy for ext-project

      Description

      now we are using jmx to deploy our bundle , and using WAB way.

      but for ext project which is supported in ce-ga4 , we need to drop war file to deploy folder.

      also for cd-ga1 server , it doesn't have aries and don't support jmx deploy.
