The unpacking progress of dev studio installer will take too long on macOS

      Description

      As our tested before, we found the dev studio installer(1.3G) will take too long during unpacking progress.
      1, on my new MacBook Pro(i7 3.2/16gb/ssd) it will be about 5mins
      2, on our older testing mac min, it will be about 13mins.
      3, on Andy's vm for mac in windows, it will be about 10mins.
       
      But on Windows or Liunx, it is just about 1~2mins.
