Windows Installer does not detect 32bit JRE when 64bit is required

      Description

      Currently we require 64bit java for devSTudio installer on all platforms. So we need to ensure that when people have 32bit JRE/JDK installed we can detect it and warning them accordingly to install 64bit version.
