use checkbox instead of radio on DevStudio Only

      Description

      1.DXP installer in an environment without token files, select "Developer Studio Only" checkbox to install successfully.
      Now, when you don't have the token file, you choose only to install Dev studio. You cannot install it successfully. Please see the attachment.
      2. After installing CE installer, check the user directory to see if the bundle file is included in liferay/bundles.
