we should push user to use watch task instead drop down to deploy module project

      Description

      We should push the developer to use the watch task instead of the old way to deploy the module project because of performance reason.
      it may popup a dialog when they drop-down the module on the server or using "add and remove" wizard to ask them would they like to use watch task instead.
