using a java class as a portlet resource bundle shows as invalid in portlet

      Description

      in the portlet config editor, it will mark as invalid resource bundles that point to a java class instead of a properties file. To see this open the porlet-custom.xml file that is in liferay portal trunk and then see that for each portlet it marks it with validation error saying that com.liferay.portlet.StrutsResourceBundle is invalid. See attached screenshot.

      However, this is a valid way to attach resource bundles, to use a java class that extends ResourceBundle instead of a properties file.
