server parameters need to replace, not add to the command line

      Description

      The server settings (see attached screenshot for -Xmx) are only added to the commandline as the very last element of the commandline, not overwriting what's already existing.

      Thus, on first examination, it looks like this machine is not running with the configured amount of memory. In fact - I'm not aware if the command line arguments are ordered and if the last ones take precedence over earlier ones, so it's completely unclear if the settings in Liferay's server editor have any meaning in the JVM started from the server view.
