Cannot deploy plugin based on war-core-ext

      Description

      Hi,
      I'm seeing the following error when trying to deploy a project based on war-core-ext as described on LPP-38129.

      Error: Could not find or load main class com.liferay.portal.tools.ExtInfoBuilder
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.liferay.portal.tools.ExtInfoBuilder

      I'm using Liferay Developer Studion with Liferay IDE 3.8.1.202004240132-ga2, I'm not sure if this is related with the reported on IDE-4624.
      I have the Liferay server configured on Liferay Developer Strudio with dxp-2-7210.

      Please let me know if more details are needed.
