Browse Filter and Portlet fails when add Filter Mapping using the portlet.xml editor

      Description

      -Lanuch Eclipse, switch to LIferay perspective.
      -Setup server and SDK.
      -Create a portlet plugin project, double click the portlet.zml file.
      -Right click "Filters and Mappings" to add a valid Filter.
      -Right click "Filters and Mappings" > Add > Filter Mapping, will see error icon in the Filter and Portlet part.
      -Click the two "Browse" button for "Filter" and "Portlet" respectively:
      Can't see the Filter that just created, and can't see the available portlets after click the "Browse" button.
