<taglib-location> causes "Format" "Ctrl-Shift-F" to throw an error

      "Format" did not complete normally. Please see the log for more information.

      Solution is to generate the taglib-location to be all on a single line:

      <taglib>
      <taglib-uri>http://java.sun.com/portlet_2_0</taglib-uri>
      <taglib-location>/WEB-INF/tld/liferay-portlet.tld</taglib-location>
      </taglib>
