In the sign in portlet, if the user manually clicks the password field and tries to enter his password, the on focus sometimes brings the cursor back to the login textbox causing the user to enter part of his password in the wrong field.

      Description

It seems like the on focus brings the cursor to the Login textbox after the entire page has finished loading.

This causes some usability issues because some users may want to enter their password before the entire page has loaded.

What can happen is that the page finishes loading while the user is entering their password causing them to enter part or sometimes all of their password in the Login textbox.

This is not ideal, and the on focus should occur while the page is loading or possibly be removed.
