Liferay should log an exception or error message if the JSP for a tiles definitiion does not exist

      Description

      If you declare a tiles definition, and tiles-defs.xml points to a non-existant JSP, no error message is printed to the console.

      I think that Struts does throw an exception that wraps an IOException which would give the full path of the missing JSP.

      This would help developers save time, so a message that prints to the console or similar would be beneficial.
