New option to prevent users from editing screen name and email

A new property setting has been added that prevents users from editing their own screen name and email address. To turn on this feature, set the following in portal(-ext).properties:

field.editable.com.liferay.portal.model.User.screenName=administrator
field.editable.com.liferay.portal.model.User.emailAddress=administrator

When these properties are set to 'administrator' (the default is 'user'), only an administrator can changes these values.
